The invention discloses dry type chequer-shaped indocalamus leaf wine and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the chequer-shaped indocalamus leaf wine comprises the following steps: (1) inoculating the steamed rice with aspergillus niger starter in an aseptic condition, and culturing to obtain a finished product of black koji; uniformly mixing the finished product of koji with water, and adding a saccharomyces cerevisiae culture solution; and culturing to obtain mature distiller's yeast; (2) soaking glutinous rice with water until the rice grains sufficiently absorb water, and steaming; (3) grinding the chequer-shaped indocalamus leaves, soaking at normal temperature and boiling while stirring repeatedly; and finally, filtering to remove the chequer-shaped indocalamus leaves, thus obtaining chequer-shaped indocalamus leaf juice; (4) uniformly mixing the steamed glutinous rice and the chequer-shaped indocalamus leaf juice, quickly cooling and adding the mature distiller's yeast and fermenting; and (5) after the fermentation is finished, squeezing the fermented mash and filtering; and blending, mixing colors, seasoning, clarifying, frying wine and ageing to obtain the dry type chequer-shaped indocalamus leaf wine. The chequer-shaped indocalamus leaf wine disclosed by the invention is mellow, aromatic, elegant and refreshing, has a slight plant aroma, and also has a healthcare function to some extent.
