The invention discloses a chip removal device. Taking down of chips is facilitated, the heat influence on a flexible printed circuit board is reduced, and a preparation technology of liquid crystal display panels is optimized. The chip removal device comprises a handle, a heat supply unit installed at one end of the handle, and a temperature controller in signal connection with the heat supply unit, wherein a detachable chip heating head is arranged on the side deviating from the handle, of the heat supply unit, and the temperature controller is used for controlling the output temperature of the heat supply unit.
