Reconversión empresarial de 25.80 has de maíz amarillo duro (Zea mays) en Palto Hass (Persea americana millar) en el Centro Poblado Valdivia, Huanchaco, La Libertad

The present study was carried out in order to determine the highest profitability of the agricultural conversion with the installation of 25.80 ha of the hard yellow maize (Zea mays) by the Palto Hass (Persea americana millar) crop, with an investment of S /. 178,683.50 for the purchase of seedlings, organic inputs, equipment and services of technical assistance, organic certification and GLOBAL GAP, which generated more production, resulting in more economic income for the users of this population center Valdivia. Financing was obtained from the compensation program for Agroideas competitiveness for the production of avocado hass with this technology adoption plan, the hass avocado business strengthened the association's commercial management capacity by the greater volume of production and negotiation capacity obtained with associativity. In this work, we quantify the annual production of avocado cultivation, the sale price and the purchase of inputs as an association and as an individual producer, determining the benefits of the small producers being associated. The total investment of the NTP is S /. 536,009 of which the Program cofinanced 70% equivalent to S /. 375,206.30 being the contribution of the Association of 30% equivalent to S /. 160,802.70. The amount co- financed by the organization corresponds to the own contribution of its partners. From the analysis of the incremental economic flow for the next 10 years of the NTP it is obtained that the incremental NVAE would amount to S /. 810,307 and an incremental ERR of 27% which demonstrates the viability of the Business Plan.
