Data were analyzed of 200 students who have sampled purposively as per the categorical variables under study. Creative thinking was measured by self-developed questionnaire. The statistical analysis revealed a significant relationship between the demographic variables and creative thinking. Parental education contributes the highest, whereas program selection has the lowest contribution in developing creative thinking. The magnitude of the gender and residential area are significantly predicting creative thinking. Findings clearly indicated that some selected demographic variables such gender, parent education, residential location and program selection are predictors of creative thinking.
