Which Rules of Patenting are Acceptable from the Point of View of Industry

Firstly, I would like to express appreciation to Prof. Vogel for taking the initiative to organise this Workshop. The area we are dealing with is a complicated one and fraught with misunderstanding. A Workshop such as the present gives the opportunity to understand the real reasons behind the point of view of others and to remove misunderstandings.
