The acquiring method comprises the following steps: determining a current work lead needed for acquiring the electrocardiogram data according to the current electrocardiogram monitoring type; controlling an electrocardiogram data collector to receive the electrocardiogram data collected by a flexible electrode corresponding to the current work lead through a lead wire corresponding to the current work lead; and determining the health state of a user wearing the garment according to the electrocardiogram data. With the adoption of the technical scheme, the flexible electrode can be arranged on the corresponding position of the garment according to the distribution on the body surface of the electrocardiograph monitoring, therefore, the electrocardiogram data needed by the electrocardiograph monitoring can be collected only when the user wears the garment, and the health state of the user wearing the garment can be determined according to the electrocardiogram data; the normal life of the user is not influenced when the electrocardiogram monitoring is carried out through the garment, and therefore, the electrocardiogram monitoring experience of the user is promoted.
