NPS in Switzerland: Current trends

Summary In recent years, more and more new psychoactive substances (NPS) with complex chemical structures have appeared on the Swiss drug market. New structure parts, longer and more diverse side chains and substituents have been encountered. In order to adapt to this situation, the Swiss narcotics act was amended and is updated on a regular basis with individual and generic listings. Here, the current trends regarding the chemical structures of NPS in Switzerland are presented.
