Application of Intuitionistic Fuzzy Decision-Making Theory to the Allocation of Poverty Alleviation Project Funds

2018
In the view of the low-level investment efficiency, the Intuitionistic Fuzzy Decision-making theory is applied to the allocation of poverty alleviation project funds in China to find the optimum scheme under multi-attribute group decision-making environment. First, we calculate the individual intuitionistic fuzzy decision matrices and Utilize the weights of the decision makers to aggregate them into a collective intuitionistic fuzzy decision matrix. Then we calculate the similarity measures between alternatives to the positive ideal solution and the negative solution. At last, we utilize the relative closeness to rank the alternatives and select the smallest one as the optimum scheme. The result shows that the application of Intuitionistic fuzzy set theory to decision-making is feasible and rational.
