Development of a technology base for application of plastics to condensing heat exchangers. Final report, November 1991-September 1996

The overall objective of this program was to develop an improved technology base that would allow more extensive use of plastics in condensing heat exchangers. The specific sub-objective was to develop improved methodologies for (1) certifying safety and (2) predicting service life, thus allowing increased confidence in the safety and durability (service life) of plastics than existed at the time the program began.
