The invention relates to a preparation method of recycled high-density polyethylene particles. The invention relates to a preparation method of recycled plastic. The method comprises the steps that: 97.6-99.8% of RHDPE, 0.1-2.0% of a cross-linking aid, and 0.1-0.4% of an antioxidant are blended according to the ratio and are added into a high-speed mixer; an obtained mixture is added into a twin-screw extruder cylinder; extrusion, water tank cooling, and granulation are carried out; and the obtained RHDPE particles are dried for 3h under a temperature of 80 DEG C by using a blowing-type dryer, such that the particles are obtained. With the method provided by the invention, RHDPE mechanical properties such as melt index, tensile strength, and breaking elongation are improved, such that the particles reach a reutilization standard. Therefore, environment protection is facilitated, polyethylene material cost is reduced, and the material satisfies various mechanical performances of engineering plastics application.
