Method for preparing a solid composition, comprising the steps of a) dissolving a premix in a solvent premix or melt a premix, wherein the premix contains a pesticide, and a nonionic amphiphilic polyalkoxylate, and wherein the premix molten contains the pesticide and polyalkoxylate in liquid form, b) solidifying the premix removed the solvent premix or by cooling, and c) contacting the premix with at least one auxiliary agent, wherein the solid composition comprises from 1 to 60 % by weight of polyalkoxylate, wherein the polyalkoxylate is a polymer block comprising a block polyethoxylate and a poly (alkoxylate C3-C5), wherein the pesticide is water insoluble.
