Correlation Between Blood Pressure Variability of Hypertension with Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome, Angiotensin II and Inflammation Factors

2019
Hypertension, a kind of clinical synthetical complication with dysfunction of heart, brain, kidney and other organs, has the feature of index increasing of artery flood pressure (systolic pressure and/or diastolic pressure) of body circulation. The obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) refers to the apnea due to repeated upper airway collapse and/or the respiratory system disease caused by hypopnea during sleep, which can cause the body organ disease. Clinical studies in recent years have shown that hypertensive patients with OSAHS are often difficult to cure and can significantly increase the incidence rate of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. This paper discusses the relationship between hypertension, OSAHS and Ang II through observing the serum Angiotensin II (Ang II) level of hypertensive patients and of whom with OSAHS before and after treatment as well as the blood pressure variability (BPV). Then, we further study the correlation between Ang II level, OSAHS severity, BPV, sleep disorders and intermittent hypoxemia; then make research on the changes of Ang II level and blood pressure variability before and after treatment.
