Prospects for hydrogen energy systems in Argentina

1986
Abstract Market structure analysis for primary energy sources in Argentina indicates that, from the beginning of the next century, hydroelectric and nuclear power generation will supply more than 50% of the total national needs. It is proposed that extensive use of hydrogen as an energy vector seems to be the best choice for achieving the necessary decoupling between energy generation and its utilization.
