Manual for the classification of intervention best-practices with rural NEETs

This manual wouldn’t have been possible without the contribution of all members of working group 2 of COST Action 18213 Rural NEET Youth Network: Modelling the risks underlying rural NEETs social exclusion. Members’ ideas and suggestions on how to develop this manual were very useful.
