The invention discloses a bottle cap for precisely and quantitatively taking seeds and a seed taking method. The bottle cap comprises a cap, a conveying pipe, switches, a seed measurer and a discharge pipe; one end of the conveying pipe is communicated with a sealing end of the cap; a first through hole is formed in the sealing end of the cap; the other end of the conveying pipe is communicated with the seed measurer; a feed port communicated with the conveying pipe is formed in the top of the seed measurer; a rotating shaft is rotationally mounted on the axis of the seed measurer; a fixed plate is arranged between the rotating shaft and the inner wall of the seed measurer; a movable plate is fixed on the outer wall of the rotating shaft; a seed measuring cavity is surrounded by the movable plate and the fixed plate; a feed pipe is communicated with the seed measuring cavity; a knob is arranged at the top of the seed measurer, and is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft; scales are arranged around the knob; a finger is arranged on the outer wall of the knob; the discharge pipe is arranged at the bottom of the seed measurer opposite to the feed port, and is communicated with the seed measuring cavity; and the switches are respectively arranged on the conveying pipe and the discharge pipe. The bottle cap is convenient for use and simple in structure, and can effectively realize quantitative taking of the seeds.
