Research on logistics cost management of supply chain based on FAHP appraisal

The specific logistics cost drivers of supply chain were analyzed,and FAHP was applied to confirm the extent to which the cost drivers affect the logistics cost of supply chain.Through analyzing a real case of a company with FAHP,its level of logistics cost management is quantitified from the point of supply chain,and the keys of logistics cost management of supply chain for the company are put forward.
