The freshness retaining and de-enzyming agent has the characteristics of good freshness retaining and de-enzyming effects, beautiful color, simplicity in operation and the like, and not only can be used for the freshness retaining and the de-enzyming of the day lily, but also can be used for the freshness retaining and the de-enzyming when salted vegetables are produced.
