La gestualidad en los pauliteiros de Miranda do Douro: Usos, funciones y tipologías

This article focuses on gesture in Miranda do Douros Pauliteiros, from an alternative study of gesture linked to its role within performance. It is not limited to the study of steps and choreography, but it applies a wider vision. Thus, a classification of performance movements based on Delalande (1989), Wanderley et al.(2005), Jensenius et al. (2010) and Dahl et al. (2010) will be used, and the presence of different types of gestures within the dance itself will be studied attending to their role.
