Dynamic energy consumption analysis and test of node in wireless sensor networks

Energy efficiency is one of the most important goals in the design and operational maintenance of wireless sensor networks (WSN), and also the key technology of WSN research. And the analysis and test of the dynamic energy consumption of wireless sensor network node is the basis of the energy consumption of wireless sensor network research. Based on the analysis of the overall energy consumption of nodes, the power amplifier's energy consumption and circuit energy consumption of wireless transceiver, and data processing unit energy consumption, this paper summarizes the test method of node energy consumption while studying the method of experimental circuit measurement, contrast test and improvement, etc. Finally, the actual test and analysis of eZ430 — RF2500 node energy consumption in the TI company is conducted. The results show that the analysis and test of the eZ430 — RF2500T node accords with the actual operation, thus providing a certain reference for the analysis and test of dynamics energy consumption.
