Thermal kinetics of dehydration process of Ca(H_4C_6OHCOO)_2 · 2H_2O in air

The thermal decomposition processes taking place in the solid-state Ca(H_4C_6OHCOO)_2·2H_2O have been studied in air using TG/DTG techniques.TG/ DTG curves showed that the decomposition proceed through four well-defined step in air.The activation energies of dehydration process were calculated through the Friedman, Flynn-Wall-Ozawa and ASTM E698 methods,and the possible comversion functions are estimated through the multiple-linear regression method.
