Abstract The localization of Cassava brown streak virus (CBSV) in cassava ( Manihot esculenta ) leaf tissues was determined and cellular morphological changes in CBSV-infected tissues were evaluated. CBSV-symptomatic leaves were screened with CBSV-specific primers using reverse-transcriptase polymerase chain reaction.
