On-line detection method and detection system for migration rate of bisphenol A in food contact material

The invention relates to an on-line detection method for the specific migration rate of bisphenol A in a food contact material. The method comprises the following steps: 1) adding a series of standard bisphenol A solutions into migration apparatuses for separate determination of light absorption values and establishing an equation for a standard curve; 2) measuring a certain volume of water-based food analogues, separately pouring the water-based food analogues into the migration apparatuses for the food contact material, cutting a certain area of the food contact material and soaking the food contact material in the water-based food analogues so as to obtain food analogue solutions; and 3) regularly determining the absorbance of the food analogues and calculating the concentrations of bisphenol A in the food analogues according to the standard curve established in the step 1). The invention further relates to an automatic detection system using the on-line detection method.
