Externality Study on Development of Low-carbon Logistics

In this paper,we introduced the connotation of low-carbon logistics and discussed the positive and negative externality of low-carbon logistics activities.Then we formulated the conceptual model of the absolute and relative sizes of the externality and described the trend of changes in the externality using the external function.
