A system for supporting operation/maintenance of a plant using a smart helmet capable of performing bidirectional communication includes a smart helmet for a worker including a video camera for photographing an image in a viewing angle of the worker, an infrared camera for photographing a thermal image corresponding to the surface temperature of an object in the viewing angle, a vibration/noise measuring device for measuring vibration/noise near the worker, a temperature/humidity measuring device for measuring temperature/humidity near the worker, a radioactive ray measuring device for measuring radioactive rays near the worker, an ear plug earphone for outputting the voice of the worker, a wireless microphone for receiving voice/surrounding sound of the worker, and a communication module for transmitting a video, a thermal image, vibration/noise, temperature/humidity, radioactive rays, and voice/surrounding sound, for receiving the voice of the worker, and for transmitting/receiving various kinds of data; a worker terminal for transmitting location information, for turning on the video camera, the infrared camera, the vibration/noise measuring device, the temperature/humidity measuring device and the radioactive ray measuring device, and for receiving the video, the thermal image, the vibration/noise, the temperature/humidity, the radioactive rays, and the voice/surrounding sound in order to store/output them when one of a tag, a QR code and a bar code previously attached to each equipment is recognized; and a system control server for analyzing the video, the thermal image, the vibration/noise, the temperature/humidity, the radioactive rays, and the voice/surrounding sound in real time, and for transmitting a working direction, an inspection direction, a danger warning to the worker terminal according to the real-time analyzing result.
