Kinetic model for dicyclopentadiene monomeration process

The kinetics of the dicyclopentadiene monomeration, cyclopentadiene dimeration and trimer formation, were studied. The laboratory experiments were carried out in a batch reactor in decaline solution at different temperature levels. The measured concentrations of reactants were fitted to kinetic model. The obtained kinetic parameters were compared with published ones. Two regression procedures used for kinetic parameters estimation are presented and compared: multiple and multi-response regression.
