O Diretório dos Grupos de Pesquisa do CNPq e a interação universidade-empresa no Brasil: uma proposta metodológica de investigação

The present work shows a methodological proposal to map and investigate university-industry interactions in Brazil using information from CNPq’s Research Groups Directory. For this, research groups that declared any type of relationship with the productive sector are used as a proxy for university-industry interactions. For this purpose some information are presented comprising different levels. The aim of this work is to show the database potentialities, which was little explored, as an alternative instrument to comprehend university-industry interactions in Brazilian’s National System, and also as an instrument to assist S&T policy.
