Fertilização Orgânica de Milheto Forrageiro e Granífero: Desenvolvimento Inicial, Características Agronômicas e Potencial Produtivo

The objective was to evaluate the agronomic characteristics of pearl millet cultivars ADRf 6010 and ADRg 9050 fertilized with organic compost. In the first experiment the treatments of: control; 120, 240, 360 and 480 kg\ha of compost. The evaluations were: leaf length, number of leaves and leaf count and shoot dry matter. The 2 experiment was carried out in the field with the cultivar ADRg 9050. The spacing of 0.50 and 0.70 m between lines and doses of control, 360 and 480 kg / ha of compost. It was evaluated: plant height; stem diameter; number of tillers, of leaves and of panicle per plant; panicle length total panicle weight and grain production. The results in the greenhouse showed that the ADRf 6010 had a difference for all the evaluated of the aerial part (P 0.05) in agronomic variables. The agronomic and productive characteristics of millet ADRg 9050 were not influenced by the treatments.
