A Satellite Communication Simulation System Research Based on HLA and MDIS

Owing to the practical requirements of the current satellite communication system application, this paper presents a multidimensional interactive simulation system (MDIS) for satellite communication application scheme and simulation method based on HLA. The method fully separates the simulation operation of the application layer from the simulation model support of the bottom layer, by using the characteristics of interoperability and reusability of HLA-RTI. Satellite modules or simulation entities of the system can be directly used in the system. MDIS are used to provide different dimensions of cross domain shared scene rendering for satellite simulation system. It achieves different degrees of experience results and can provide suitable training simulation environment for satellite simulation under different task modes.
