Management Control (MC) Program Procedures

Abstract : This Instruction implements policy, assigns responsibilities, and prescribes procedures under DoD Directive 5010.38 for implementation and use of Management Control (MC) programs. It implements Section 3512 of Title 31, United States Code and OMB Circular No. A-123.
