Hydraulic control loop circuit

2011
A hydraulic control loop circuit. The hydraulic control loop circuit comprises a directional control valve (10) having a bypass throttle loop circuit and an actuator element (11) connected to the directional control valve (10). The hydraulic control loop circuit also comprises a valve (20). The valve (20) is serial-connected in the bypass throttle loop circuit, thus maintaining a constant flow rate of a hydraulic fluid flowing through the actuator element (11) under the premise of not changing the flow rate of the hydraulic fluid supplied to the directional control valve (10). Consequently, under the premise of maintaining the constant flow rate of the hydraulic fluid supplied by a hydraulic pump to the directional control valve (10), regardless of how the load bore by the actuator element (11) changes, the valve (20) can be used to maintain the flow rate of the hydraulic fluid flowing through the actuator element (11). This allows the actuator element (11) to maintain a relatively stable operating speed when in operation, thus implementing a stable operating state.
