French court system control board and its contribution to the construction of the democratic legal state

In this paper, attention is paid to the French system of judicial control of the administration, the so-called system of special administrative courts and its contribution to the building of a democratic state of law. The introduction presents the basic notes on the administrative dispute and its significance. It then discusses the role of the State Council, the civil courts, administrative and appellate courts, administrative control authorities. This is followed by the analysis of the main institute administrative proceedings in French law. Paper closes with a discussion of the advantages and disadvantages of this system of administrative control and contribution in building democratic legal state in the European territory.
