Wavefront sensing in XUV: HHG beam profile measurement

We present our experimental measurement of the XUV HHG coherent beam`s wavefront at λ=30nm using the PDI (Point Diffraction Interferometer) technique. The development of the sensor and the wavefront reconstruction is also discussed.
