The invention discloses a turbo-generator rotor mass unbalance evaluation method. Turbo-generator rotor mass unbalance is evaluated by utilizing the size and direction of centrifugal force generated by turbo-generator rotor mass unbalance. The solving method for the size and direction of centrifugal force generated by turbo-generator rotor mass unbalance comprises the steps that a function expression of an unbalance magnetic pull force Fe and dynamic degree of eccentricity epsilon and rotor fundamental frequency amplitude A is established under the basic condition; six different conditions of a turbo-generator are randomly selected; every two of the six conditions are grouped so that three groups are formed, an equation is established in the group by utilizing the ratio of resultant force applied to the rotor under the conditions, and three equation sets are established in total; and the three equation sets containing three unknown numbers are solved so that the size and direction of centrifugal force generated by turbo-generator rotor mass unbalance are obtained. The mass unbalance state of the generator rotor can be relatively accurately evaluated so that support is provided to dynamic balancing of the generator set, economic cost and start and stop damage caused by multiple times of weight balancing can be avoided, and vibration of the generator set is enabled to recover to the normal range as soon as possible.
