Дерматотропная активность водного извлечения из побегов Caragana jubata (Pall.) Poir при пероральном применении на модели контактного дерматита у крыс

2018
The dermatotropic activity of aqueous extract from Caragana jubata (Pall.) Poir. shoots was determined for oral administration using in a model of contact dermatitis induced by 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene in rats. In the experimental group of animals, the administration of aqueous extract from C. jubata for 8 days resulted in a decrease in the severity of external and histological signs of contact dermatitis (anabrosis of the epidermis, neutrophil infiltration of the dermis) compared with the control group. In the peripheral blood of the animals of the experimental group, the total content of leukocytes and the fraction of segmented neutrophils were normalized, unlike to the control group of animals. High values of the inhibition index of the inflammatory reaction and normalization of myeloperoxidase activity in a skin-injured area in the experimental group confirm anti-inflammatory and dermatropic effects of orally administered aqueous extract from C. jubata .
