Colorectal Cancer Diagnosis Using Enzyme-Sensitive Ratiometric Fluorescence Dye and Antibody-Quantum Dot Conjugates for Multiplexed Detection

2018
The present invention relates to a method for colonoscopic diagnosis of colorectal cancer using multi-fluorescent imaging of an enzyme-sensitive ratiometric fluorescent probe and a biocompatible quantum dot-antibody complex probe. The present invention provides an apparatus for diagnosis of colorectal cancer comprising: organic fluorescent dye having a functional group separated by a first enzyme specifically overexpressed in colorectal cancer, wherein the organic fluorescent dye has a first fluorescent wavelength and has a second fluorescent wavelength by separation of the functional group; a quantum dot having a third fluorescent wavelength while having an antibody that binds to a second enzyme that is overexpressed in cancer; and an apparatus which fluoresces the organic fluorescent dye and the quantum dot and measures the fluorescence.
