Culture Medium Screening of Hericium erinaceus Strain Liquid and Preliminary Study on Fermentation Condition

Selection of Hericium(Hericium erinaceus)Strain liquid medium and exploration of fermentation condition were studied.The results showed that the best suitable medium among five tested medium was glucose 3%,soluble starch 2%,yeast extract 1%,KH2PO4 0.1%,MgSO4·7H2O 0.06%.According to the single factor experiment,for getting best biomass,the optimal pH was 5.5;the optimal temperature was 27℃;optimal rotate speed was 180 r·min-1;optimal liquid volume was 120 mL per 250mL.
