Human antibodies specific for human transforming growth factor beta-1 and beta-2

Human antibodies specific for human transforming growth factor-* small Greek beta * (TGF-* small Greek beta *), bind to TGF-* small Greek beta *1 and/or TGF-* small Greek beta *2 preferentially compared with TGF-* small Greek beta *3 and are useful in the treatment of fibrotic and immune/inflammatory disease. A specifically disclosed antibody binds the active form of TGF-* small Greek beta *2, neutralising its activity but does not bind the latent form.
