Window transparent optronic ir and Reflective rf

An optronic window (100) having a substrate (10) with two faces (11, 12). It comprises on one of the faces of the substrate or on both sides, a stack of several hetero-structures (30), each hetero-structure being composed of at least two semiconducting layers (31, 32) SC1, SC2 the SC1 layer (31) being doped, SC2 layer (32) itself comprising a layer (33) of two-dimensional electron gas formed at the interface with the layer SC1. It further comprises an electrode (40) in contact with all the layers (33) of the electron gas.
