Thermally stimulated relaxation of photoconverted CdF2:Sm3+
1980
Abstract Electron transfer processes from hydrogen-like shallow Sm 3+ -donors to F O -interstitials in photoconverted CdF 2 :Sm 3+ are studied by the method of simultaneous measurement of thermally stimulated luminescence and n -type conductivity. The activation energy of electron capture in noncubic F O -sites is determined to be E A = 0.032 eV .
