Optimization Design of the Right Engine Mount Assembly Based on ADAMS Software

A multi-rigid dynamic simulation model of the car engine mounts system was established with MSC ADAMS software.The many designing demands were satisfied such as rational distributing frequency,model vibration decoupling, bound and etc.,through the matching design to engine mount system.By the optimization for rigidness of right engine mounts,the performance of vibration partition for the system were improved,the vibration of whole set of auto at idle speed reduced.It was verified through experiments.
