PSD photoelectric responses characters and its application in measuement of Young's modulus

Considering for the shortage in the measuring results and methods of Young's modulus that are abroad-applied in college education.First,the responses characters of PSD are systematically studied,in addition,a new sensor of two-amplificatory is designed based on the responses characters of PSD and static measuring method of Young's modulus,in which a PSD is used for measuring micro-displacement,so that amplification is finished in a small work place,at last,the precision of measuring results can improve one order of magnitude.
