Анализ случаев синдрома «Пустых» фолликулов

The «empty» follicle syndrome (EFS) is difficult to explain complication in the IVF programmers. The determination of its risk factors allows to differentiate the approaches to the controlled ovarian stimulation. This paper presents the retrospective analysis of 52 cases of the «empty» follicle syndrome. It has been shown that late reproductive age (>35 years), chronic anovulation, endometriosis are the significant risk factors for EFS. The use of modified protocols, the raised doses of gonadotropins, washing of follicles by buffer solution, repeated dose of human chorionic gonadotropin are probable solutions of EFS.
