RARE AND ENDANGERED BRYOPHYTES IN GUIZHOU PROVINCE,CHINA(I)

2007
In Guizhou, one of the richer biodiversity provinces in China, about 34.42% species of bryophytes of China have been found.Because of the increase of population, deforestation and environment pollution, the bryophytes in Guizhou were reduced very seriously during the past several decades. It is very necessary to study the characters of the rare and endangered bryophytes in Guozhou, and their habitats and the ways to protect them in Guozhou must be sought. In this paper,27 species of rare and endangered bryophytes are put forward, among them,Kurzia sinensis Chang,Cololejeunea magnilobula(Horik.) Hatt and Sciaromiopsis sinensis(Broth.) Broth.have already been included in The 2000 IUCN World Red List of Bryophytes.
