We used descriptive and evaluative research with a cross-sectional design. The sampling technique in this study was simple random sampling. The variables studied are the Balanced Scorecard indicator, namely: customer perspective, financial perspective, internal business perspective, and learning and growth perspective. The result showed that the performance of public organizations in terms of customer perspective showed good performance (3.3-3.9: mean 3.6).
