Green pumped OPG in periodically poled stoichiometric lithium tantalate

OPG with 532 nm pump light has been investigated in periodically poled Mg-doped-stoichiometric LiTaO 3 . Generation of 20 mJ red light with 34% efficiency was demonstrated for 14 ns pulses.
