The nostoc flagelliforme cells and the nostoc flagelliforme exopolysaccharide solutions are dried by a refrigerating and drying method, the technology can dehydrate heat sensitive materials more thoroughly, and dried samples are quite stable, so that the samples are convenient to store for a long term.
