The article reports on methods that can be used to measure organizational climate. The author focuses on using the Organizational Description Questionnaire to measure factors that contribute to organizational climate, including supervisor structure, employee autonomy, and reward orientation. Organizational behavior is defined as the product of employees' interactions with their work environments. A study investigating the changes in organizational structure and behavior which happened has a result of the implementation of internal management training programs is also discussed.
