Synthesis of 2‐[2,4‐Diaminothiazol‐5‐oyl]benzothiazoles.

All synthesized compounds, which are structurally related to the marine alkaloid dendrodoine, are screened for their antibacterial activity and it is found that they are less active compared to the standard penicillin G.
