Tissue culture and rapid propagation of black raspberry.

The techniques of tissue culture and rapid propagation on black raspberry were studied by using axillary bud and stem with bud as explants.The results showed that the best explant was axillary bud,the optimal subculture medium was MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg/L+ NAA 0.2 mg/L,and the rootage medium was 1/2 MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg/L.
