Study on teachers' informational teaching ability in medical vocational college

Objective To investigate current status of teachers' informational teaching ability in medical vocational college and provide reference for the improvement of teachers' informational teaching ability. Methods Convenience sampling method was adopted in survey. From September to December 2016, a total of 204 teachers from medical vocational college were investigated with the general information questionnaire and informational teaching ability questionnaire. Resluts The score of medical vocational college teachers' informational teaching ability was (3.50±0.66) .Age and educational degree were the main factors influencing teachers' informational teaching ability (P<0.05) . Conclusions Teachers' informational teaching ability in medical vocational was at medium level.In the future, we should pay attention to the two factors of age and education degree, and carry out the hierarchical and targeted training of teachers' informational teaching ability in medical vocational college.
